At Auldton Stoves we try and keep produce as local as possible. Nothing better than to be eating food you know has been grown, reared, butchered and cooked within a 10 mile radius! We will be using produce from Auldton Farm as much as possible if in season and local farms around us.

A very hands on Pizza Masterclass learning everything you need to know about Neapolitan Dough! It’s the best way to learn new techniques and recipes while nailing down the basics in dough. Our well seasoned Pizza Chef will talk you through different doughs from around the world while perfection the Pizza Cult Neapolitan Dough. Denis will also take you through different things that can be cooked on the ovens from breakfast to desert. Take your dough balls home to cook over the following days after the event. We will be teaching you how to launch your pizza without disasters and how to manoeuvre the pizzas inside the oven using the correct peels. We will also have exclusive discounts on the day from Portable Pizza Ovens to Professional Clay Ovens and all Accessories.

- We will mostly be cooking on Gozney Pizza Ovens however if you wanted to cook your pizza on another brand we are happy to fire them up! Gozney – OONI – Delivita – Gino – Masterbuilt – Kamado Joe. Cooking only on the most relevent and up-to-date ovens on the market.
TRAVEL & LOCATION
Live Fire Cook Schools will be happening at our purpose built outdoor Cook School Area located at the Auldton Stoves Showroom. Auldton Stoves Ltd, Auldton Farm, Lugton Road, Dunlop, KA3 4DR (25mins from Glasgow and 25min Ayr). The new Cook School Area offers a covered outdoor patio meaning we will survive the Scottish Weather! We will also have indoor space if required.
For those travelling that want a drink we are accessible via train (Dunlop Station) and bus (Lugton Road). We are within walking distance to Dunlop Station (1.1mi) or can uplift from the station if pre-organised.
If you are travelling from a distance don’t worry. We can organise your stay at our local Country Club and Spa with special rates. Please organise this through our office. 01560 480002. You might even catch a drink with the gust chef!
