The Big Joe III comes with Kamado Joe’s patented Divide & Conquer Flexible Cooking System. This bit of kit transforms the humble grill into the most powerful outdoor cooking tool. The clever multi-level, half-rack design teamed up with the new extra deep Kamado base allows you to cook different foods in different styles at different temperatures… yes all at the same time. This system is new to Kamado Joe and comes as standard with this grill, this allows you to get the best grilling experience from your grill.

 

Kamado Joe have designed a new ‘Kontrol Tower Top Vent‘. This means that it is rust, rain and mold proof. The top vent maintains consistent air setting for precise airflow management, even when opening and closing the dome.

The Big Joe also has the new Air-Lift-Hinge. This makes a big difference on all the grills but especially for the bigger models like the Big Joe. With other kamado grills on the market allowing the dome to fall or slam during lifting or closing, for Kamado Joe this just wasn’t good enough. Their break through hinge reduces the dome weight by 96% so you can lift it with a finger and stop it wherever you want.

PATENTED SLōROLLER HYPERBOLIC SMOKE CHAMBER

The revolutionary SlōRoller is the first of its kind, Harvard science that transforms a Kamado Joe into one of the world’s most versatile smokers. By distributing smoke and heat in rolling waves, the SlōRoller surrounds food in clouds of delicious smoke while evenly distributing heat. This in turn enhances flavour and significantly reduces hot spots.

The Kamado Joe Classic III also comes with the new Charcoal Basket making it easier than ever to clean your firebox. The Charcoal Basket allows you to quickly separate leftover charcoal from your ashes and be ready for your next cook in seconds. Kamado Joe have also designed a new Heavy-Duty Galvanized Steel Rolling Cart perfect for storing accessories while holding your Kamado in a stylish yet sturdy nest. The Kamado Joe Classic III comes as standard with Folding Aluminium Side Shelves with hanging hooks and utensils.

 

 

The Grill also come with a self-activating latch for an ultra air-tight seal. Fitted with slide out ash draw and gasket seals for easy cleaning and the perfect close.
