OPEN DAY – SOCIAL & SALES EVENT – Big Spring BBQ!

Last year 2024 we had teamed up with selected Brands to host for you an amazing Event here in Dunlop, Ayrshire. This Event was one that will be remembered with Industry Chefs and Brand Representatives present to answer all of your questions whist cooking up a storm. Below is a list of Brands that will be visiting this Spring. Bigger and better than last years Big Spring BBQ we will be selling more tickets and have more food on hand for you hungry animals! Come along and join in on the day to be taken into another world of incredible food and good summer vibes.

Please Note – This is NOT a cook school but a social and sales event. Purely for grabbing a bite to eat and picking up accessories and special offers on the day.

KAMADO JOE – LIVE FIRE SQUAD
Kamado Joe will will be in full swing again this year showcasing what these beautiful grills have to offer. We are flying up a surprise LIVE FIRE CHEF from the Kamado Joe Fire Squad to put on a great show. They will be cooking up a storm all day with food tasters for everybody to try. A great chance to share tips, stories and have a chat with one of the best BBQ Chefs in the UK. From low & Slow to hot and fast this is a stall to sit next to!

GOZNEY PIZZA OVENS – TEAM LIVE FIRE
Gozney will be the 2nd Brand at our open day. Following last year they will be flying up specially to spin pizza and much more for all guests attending. Their Special Chef is part of the ‘Gozney Team Live Fire’. This is a great chance to talk all things dough and all things pizza. Making their own dough before your eyes they will be spinning out wood-fired pizzas all day! Believe us when we say its the best pizza we have ever tried! Tasters from these guys will BLOW YOUR MIND! Gozney – “Its always nice to share a slice”.

TRAEGER SMOKERS – TRAEGERHOOD
Traeger are the 3rd Brand to be in the mix for our open day. Tom from Traeger will be flying up to face the Scottish smokers. Putting on a low and slow show promising to bring the low’n’slow lovin! Tom from Traeger will be on hand to answer any questions you have whist smoking up some treats for everybody to try. New or old Traeger Fan? It doesn’t matter. Your part of the TRAEGERHOOD! Its the best opportunity to have a chat with the face behind the brand in the UK.

DELIVITA PIZZA OVENS – PIZZA SPECILIST CHEF
DELIVITA are the next brand to jump on board our Big Spring BBQ Event. Through the demand and success of 2024, Delivita couldn’t miss the 2025 Big Spring BBQ. These guys do much much more than just Pizza, and I am sure you will love to see them in action. Last year we seen some lamb, steak, roasted veg, pizza and much much more! Italian inspired, made in Yorkshire their ovens combine great design with modern technology. Entertain in style with a DeliVita outdoor oven, perfect for cooking pizza, steaks, fish, and vegetables. We can’t wait for this after all their head chef Marco is booked in for the date!

OONI PIZZA OVENS – OONI SQUAD
New to Auldton and New for the Big Spring BBQ will the the world famous Pizza Oven brand OONI! Yes this will be your first opportunity to meet the faces behind the brand. OONI will be attending with their first Big Spring BBQ Stall pushing out some outrageously good gas and wood-fired pizza from their new ovens! Take the chance to speak with the brand ask questions from their new range to perfecting your pizza dough. Discounts will be available at the event from cook books to new ovens its the best chance to grab a deal.

EVERHOT COOKERS – EVERHOT COOKER TEAM
Everhot Cookers are the next team to be serving up a feast! They have decided they just can’t miss this one. Taking the indoor kitchen by storm, will be one of the Everhot Team Chefs. Somebody who has lived their life around range cookers. The perfect person to take inspiration from and ask questions about your new or old Everhot Cooker. Tasters will be coming all day, why not warm up inside and nibble on some perfect bites.
