Kamado Joe is all about innovation and improving the standard ceramic grill. The Classic Grill is Kamado Joe’s first and oldest grill, its not changed much over the years however it still delivers on flavour and moisture when cooking, the ceramic body helps trap in smoke and moisture making it great for low-and-slow cooks and high temp searing. This grill is amazing value for money, benefiting from Kamado Joe trademarks such as the slide out ash drawer, AMP Firebox, thick ceramic body and Divide & Conquer Flexible Cooking System. The Classic II is Kamado Joes first taste of new innovation, they have introduced new features completely new to the ceramic bbq industry. The Kamado Joe Classic II Benefits from all the same features as the Classic and more. Its new Air Lift Hinge reduces the weight of the dome allowing you to use the grill 1-handed with ease. You are able to leave the grill open at different levels meaning its easy to take food on and off the grill at any time. The new Fibreglass Gasket insures an air tight seal which locks in smoke and moisture with the added help of the new stainless steel latch, this new seal is more hard wearing and will not need replaced as often as the standard felt on the Classic. The new and improved top Kontrol Tower makes controllability even easier and keeps rain from hitting your food (a must here in the UK). Both grills are fantastic and we would recommend both.
