This quick chicken recipe will give you mouth watering results and leave your guests fighting for the last piece!

Start with setting up your Kamado Grill with one side indirect and the other side direct with the Cast Iron Flat Griddle.
To begin place your wings onto the indirect side so they don’t have direct heat from the charcoal below. This allows your chicken to cook evenly without burning from the underside. I always suggest turning your wings every 5 minutes this stops the skin from sticking to the grill. Once the chicken is cooked through move onto the hotter side with the cast iron flat griddle. This is the time to attend the grill, stand with a beer and watch the magic happen. The cast iron will be much hotter than the stainless steel grate and so you will hopefully hear that sizzle as soon as the meat hits the surface. The next step is to open up the Impressive Rooster Sauce from Angus & Oink. Don’t be shy with this and make sure to coat all the wings. The Cast iron griddle will allow the chicken to sit in this amazing sauce. Let it bubble away and turn regularly.

Make sure the chicken is cooked through and serve directly from the grill. Make sure to set some aside as it will not last long!
