Kamado Joe- Cast Iron Reversible Griddle

Kamado Joe Cast Iron Reversible Griddle is one of our favourite cooking surfaces. This reversible grid is very versatile when grilling.

On one side the Cast Iron Griddle has a ridged grill on the other side there is a flat face perfect for bacon, eggs, pancakes and toasted sandwiches. We usually BBQ on one side using the stainless steel BBQ grate and rest food on the griddle. The food continues to cook on the surface however it allows you to take it off of direct heat from the charcoal and rest while keeping warm.

This is a surface we use regularly on the Kamado Joe
